Whether it is a production AI system, a Drupal or WordPress platform that needs rescuing, a cloud migration or a delivery pipeline nobody can debug — describe the problem in your own words. You will get an engineer's answer, including an honest one if I am not the right person for it.

Thank you for reaching out. I’ll get back to you shortly.

What to put in your first message

None of this is required — a couple of sentences is a perfectly good start. But the more of it you include, the more useful the first reply is, because it can go straight to an actual opinion rather than a round of discovery questions.

  • What you are running now — Drupal or WordPress and which version, the cloud provider, roughly what the stack looks like.
  • What is actually wrong — or what you want to build. "Search returns nonsense" is more useful than "we need AI".
  • What has already been tried, if anything, and why it did not hold.
  • Constraints that are real — a launch date, a compliance regime, data that cannot leave a jurisdiction, a budget ceiling.

Who replies

I do. There is no account manager, no qualification call with someone who will not be doing the work, and no bench the project gets handed to afterwards. That is the whole operating model of both Siraj Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. and SkyCode Digital — and it is a real constraint on how much work runs at once, which is why an honest "not right now" is a possible answer.

If you are outside India

Most clients are. Timezone overlap, whose contract paperwork gets signed, IP assignment, GDPR and data residency, and which currency you are invoiced in are all set out in advance on working with clients, so none of it has to be negotiated blind on a first call.

Prefer to look around first?

Reasonable. The AI, CMS, cloud and DevOps and product engineering pages state what the work involves and where I would push back; the case studies show it applied; and about covers who you would actually be working with.
